I thought there was no way out of my addiction

Now, if I were to tell you that I didn’t believe that alcohol treatment programs were successful in helping people turn their lives around then I’d be probably be lying. Actually, there’s no probably about it, I would be lying. The reason why is that alcohol treatment programs really work. Just ask anyone who’s been to one. They’ll tell you that they went in to an alcohol rehab with a terrible outlook on life and nowhere turn and they came out with a handle on their sobriety and a new lease on life. Okay, well, it may not sound that corny, but I assure you that they’ll, more than likely, have good things to say about alcohol treatment programs. Hell, just ask me. I went to an alcohol treatment program and I turned out just fine. I went in with a crazy addiction to alcohol and no way out of it. The folks at the alcohol rehab turned me around and helped me turn my life around, and that’s no lie.
